1. Tenant must download the document below (document1).

2. Fill in the document each time you want electricity and fax it to the owner/landlord, with the proof of payment for electricity.

3. Wait for the owner/landlord to let you know that your meter has been credited with the amount you paid for.

Using the Pre Paid Vending Meter. Once the meter has been registered, the consumer simply sends an SMS to 35446 (R3 Premium Rate) to obtain an electricity token.

-The SMS must start with a M.

Example: M1234*04111111111*200

Replace "04111111110" with your meter number.

Replace "1234" with your PIN number.

Replace "200" with the amount you wish to obtain.

- Send the SMS to 35446    

The consumer will then receive a response SMS that will contain his 20 digit token number which he/she will then input into their meter via the key pad.
